​📦 Bespoke Order Timeframes

All bespoke hair extensions are custom made to order. This means your order is crafted specifically for you — based on the length, colour, texture and weight you select — and is not a ready-to-ship item.

Our standard timeframe for bespoke orders is approximately 3–5 weeks from the date of purchase to delivery. However, this is typically is closer to the 3 week mark.

This timeframe includes both production and shipping time, and reflects:

• The time required to source your selected hair

• Handcrafting and preparing your extensions to our salon-quality standards

• Quality checks and secure packaging

• Courier handover and delivery via Royal Mail or DPD

This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery window, as slight variations can occur depending on order volume, hair availability, and courier conditions. If you need your order for a specific event or date, it is your responsibility to order well in advance of that date.

We do not offer express production or guaranteed delivery for bespoke orders, unless this has been explicitly agreed in writing prior to purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of bespoke hair extensions, all orders are final once production begins.
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances, including:

• Missed event deadlines

• Courier delays

• Change of mind

• Incorrect order details submitted by the customer

By placing a bespoke order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

 Shipping & Import Duties

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DPD and a tracking number will be provided once your parcel is in transit.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

If your country charges import duties or customs fees, these are your responsibility and not included in your order total. Charges are determined by local authorities and are out of our control.
